Infrared body offers cost effective and can install in all direction. Our infrared gas brooder offer high intensity medium-long wave and low gas consumption up to 20%. It widly be used in the farm to keep the livestock warm.

Storage Materials (OSM), the high specific surface area materials which can resist high temperature, the
combustion catalyst and the correlated patent technique are all included.

Operating Steps

A. Before use, please check the heater ceramic plate surface is intact, make the distance between probe at burning net and the ceramic plate to maintain 2-5mm. Install the heater with diamter 6mm flexible pipe, check whether the gas circuit leakage, adjust the pressure to the heater required. (Natural gas / LPG working pressure 2800-5000 Pa, pls note biogas can’t be used for automatic type heater).

B. Open the main valve on the gas source and the switch on the temperature control cabinet. The igniter, ignition needle and the solenoid valve automatically make ignition. Heater is working properly,
If heater works normally, green light on temperature control cabinet is always on,or else the red light
on.

C. Please close the main valve and gas source when don’t use.

Our Advantage

Notice

★ Pls keep the copper valve downward sloping when installation the heater (as shown above), to prevent overheating.

★ At the beginning, there is blue flame, it’s normal phenomenon. After several minutes it will disappear.

★ If the blue flame always stay on ceramic plate, pls check whether the pressure too low; If there is a big red flame, maybe the pressure is too high or ceramic plate is broken; Please adjust the pressure reducing valve or booster pump.
